What is the best way to contact the billing department?
Please submit a helpdesk ticket at https://interactivevillages.com/clients/submitticket.php and select the Billing link.

Can I pay by check? Can I pay monthly?
We offer both monthly and quarterly payment plans and accept payment via credit card. If desire to pay by check, please contact the Billing department for special arrangements.

How do I change my billing information?
You may submit new credit card information securely via login to your account at https://interactivevillages.com/clients/clientarea.php.

When are payments due for services?
Payments are due immediately upon invoice and our billing system is set to send reminder notices at 1,3 & 5 days after the invoice is posted. Unpaid invoices will incur a late fee at 10 days if the invoice is not paid and your account will be suspended if not paid within 15 days. If service is interrupted for non-payment for any reason, there will be a restoration fee of $30.00, payable in advance before service shall be restored, in addition to the overdue charges. I want to cancel my hosting account but would like to keep my domain name?
Please file a cancellation form and select the service that you wish to cancel your account. We will then notify you if there are any refunds for your hosting and the technical department will email you the username and password for your domain to administer your account with the registrar, OpenSRS. If you need Interactive Villages to change your DNS information to your new hosting companies' servers we charge a $25 fee for this service. Even though you have transferred your domain from Interactive Villages we will still be responsible for your annual domain name renewal fee. Please read our Terms of Service for further policy details.

How do I reactivate my suspended account?
If you would like to reactivate your suspended account you can login at https://interactivevillages.com/clients/clientarea.php to pay your past due invoices or contact the Billing department to arrange payment for the account. You will need to pay all outstanding hosting charges and all pending hosting fees before the account will be reactivated. A reactivation fee may apply.

How will you bill me for my domain name renewal?
30 days prior to your domain name renewal, towards the end of your first year, you will be sent an email invoice notifying you that the annual domain name charge is due. This charge will automatically be placed on the credit card that Interactive Villages has on file. You will be charged two weeks before the renewal date to ensure that we have enough time to contact you if the charges fail or if there is a problem with your credit card. If we are unable to charge your card, you will be sent a message via billing email. You will also receive email warnings notifying you of the problem. If we are unable to charge your card before the renewal date and if you do not contact us to make alternative arrangements for payment the domain name will not be renewed. If a charge back is done on a credit card payment for your account and you would still like to continue hosting with Interactive Villages we will charge a $25 fee to cover the charges which we incur from our bank.

Interactive Villages no longer hosts my web site, how will you bill me for my domain name renewal?
Even if you transfer your domain to another hosting company, Interactive Villages will still be responsible for the domain name renewal fees. Changing DNS Information
You can login directly to your account at https://interactivevillages.com/clients/clientarea.php and click My Domains to change your nameservers or login to Cpanel to update any DNS records. There is a $25 administrative fee if you would like assistance with changing your DNS information to our nameservers. If your domain name is registered with a third party registrar company, you will need to give us your registrar login information as well as the name of your registrar company. We will modify your DNS information to our nameservers and follow up to ensure that the changes are made. Since each registrar company has their own time estimate for implementing this service, we will contact you with details on how long your transfer request will take. Please request this service by sending a Domain Name Related technical Support request using the Control Panel.
