To open a closed ticket, just login to your account at https://interactivevillages.com/clients/clientarea.php then click the My Support link in the top sub-header and then click the ticket subject. Once refreshed, scroll to the bottom, enter a new comment in the Reply box and click the Submit button. This will re-open your ticket.
