The Geodesic Image Optimization
Module provides Admin ability to automatically
have images uploaded by sellers be resized
'on the fly' and add a watermark to each image.
Controls include destination image size, watermark
density, image quality and watermark position.
When the seller uploads their images each
image will be automatically compressed and
watermarked with the image you specify. The
advantage for you is that the size of the
directory holding the product images being
stored on your server will be drastically
reduced, and watermarking will protect the
images from being linked to other websites,
keeping your server traffic lower.

The Geodesic Email Buffer Filter
provides Admin ability to stop spammers by quarantine,
preview and approve/delete messages sent to sellers
via the Geodesic Contact Seller form. This tool
also allows the Admin to add the sender's IP to
the Ban IP list in the Enterprise version. Click

The script includes a management page that
will:
1. Quarantine all messages sent
from the Contact Seller form
2. Allow you to view the message
content via a popup window and shows sender IP
address, time sent, From address, To address,
subject and message
3. Editing tools include Approve,
Ban IP, Delete Message
4. Turn Buffer On/Off, as well
as set a time limit that unreviewed messages will
be forwarded without review. This feature is useful
if you cannot get to the admin page for a specific
period of time and don't want to hold-up your
seller's inquiries.
NOTE that this script requires us to
install it on your server and installation is
included in the price reflected above.

The output can be set to output HTML or RSS vers.

Oodle.com offers
an API that allows other classifieds owners to
publish listings on Oodle's website. This provides
you the ability to display your classifieds or
auctions to a wider audience and drive traffic
to your site. The script generates an XML file
specific to Oodle's required XML format. Once
you notify Oodle to consume the file, your listings
will appear on Oodle's website. All instructions
are included in the installation package.

you the ability to add listings to your site and
drive more traffic. Basically you install the
scripts into your Geodesic directory, once configured
you can create a PHP Module and add that to any
Geodesic page on your site to display the Oodle
listings for any category. The script will read
the specific category in your Geodesic site and
populate only the Oodle listings for that category.

High Bid or End Date as well as Active/Closed/All

The turring script was designed
to require a visitor using either the Contact
Seller or Tell a Friend modules to type a combination
of letters and numbers into a box on either form
before the form content will be sent. You can
view a demo of this by clicking
here, and we also have this fully implemented
at HiFiClassifieds,
just click on any ad and hit the Contact Seller
link.
The script is quite easy to install, just a
few lines of code in your browse_notify class
file and upload a directory with 6 new files,
and your good to go. Since there are different
versions of the Geodesic products out there, we
will require that you send us your browse_notify_friend.php
and browse_notify_seller.php files for modification.
(These are located in your /classes directory.)
We will modify these files, and send them back
to you with the required additional folder.
