Effective 2/28/22 at 4 p.m. PST we will be migrating client websites to a new server. This process will take approximately 3 hours and all of your email & hosting services will be replicated on the new server. If possible, please do not make any change to your account between 4-7 p.m. PST today.
If you are not receiving new email messages, please reboot your computer and if possible any router or modem that connects your computer to the internet. This will refresh your DNS cache so that your email client can route to the new server. The IP address for the new server is: 173.231.214.97 should you need to update any IP records
You will also be able to check for any unforwarded email messages from our legacy server via the Webmail tool at https://209.59.176.48:2096 with your email address and email password.
