I'm getting email that says:
The domain yourdomain.xyz (yourusername) has reached 90% of
its bandwidth limit.
What does this mean?
If, in any month your bandwidth usage approached its allocation within 90%, you will begin to receive warning messages from the hosting server. Once your allocation reaches 100%, routing to your website will be deactivated.
You can monitor your bandwidth and disk allocation usage 24 hours per day by login to your Cpanel. Once you are logged-in, your current statistics are listed on the left column under General Account Information. You may click the Bandwidth link under Web/FTP Stats to view your traffic history. To see who has visited your site and what directories have been visited, click the AWStats link on your Cpanel main page under Web/FTP Stats.
If your website is deactivated due to bandwidth overusage, you can reactivate it by purchasing additional bandwidth at our hosting page athttp://www.interactivevillages.com/hosting/services, or by upgrading your account to a package that allows a higher bandwidth allocation. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to install your bandwidth allocation upgrade, so plan ahead!
To upgrade, please browse to your account page at https://interactivevillages.com/clients/clientarea.php. Once you have selected the package to which you want to upgrade, complete the checkout forms and your website will immediately be upgraded.
